1.1. На сайте Canarias Incoming S.L. представлена стоимость услуг по бронированию отелей и апартаментов Канарских островов: Тенерифе, Лансароте, Гран Канария, Ла Пальма, Фуэртевентура, всех островов входящих в провинцию Канарские острова королевства Испании.
1.2. Стоимость проживания и наличие свободных мест зависят от конкретных дат пребывания в гостинице. Чтобы узнать стоимость проживания, необходимо указывать даты поездки.
Процесс бронирования
2.1. Укажите в форме поиска остров или город, куда вы хотите отправиться или выберите конкретный отель или группу отелей.
2.2. Уточните дату поездки, чтобы получить информацию о свободных местах и стоимости проживания. А так же необходимое размещение по количеству номеров.
2.3. Выберите подходящую вам гостиницу из списка и перейдите к бронированию подходящего варианта.
2.4. На следующем шаге укажите необходимую для бронирования информацию (ФИО, контакт и т.п.). При заказе гостиниц или апартаментов вам понадобится указать ваши персональные данные и согласится с правилами и параметрами обработки персональных данных, а так же с условиями использования нашим сервером скрипта “cookies”.
2.5. Подтвердите бронирование - на следующей странице вы сможете распечатать бланк вашего заказа. Копия бланка будет также отправлена на электронную почту, указанную при заказе.
Стоимость и оплата проживания
3.1. При указанных датах поездки на странице гостиницы отображается полная стоимость проживания, а также перечисляются услуги, входящие в стоимость.
3.2. Оплата проживания взимается в полном размере Canarias Incoming и осуществляется путем перевода денежных средств на расчетный счет компании после выставления счета-подтверждения. Оплата забронированных услуг должна поступить в полном объеме минимум за 7 суток до заезда, если не оговорены другие условия. При бронировании отелей по акции «Раннего Бронирования» или новогодних периодов заезда оплата в необходимом объеме должна быть произведена строго до даты указанной в подтверждении
Документы для пересечения границы
5.1. Для въезда во многие страны вам может понадобиться открытая виза. Получением таких документов личное дело каждого путешествующего и не является причиной для возможного аннулирования бронирования в случае состоявшейся оплаты в отель со стороны Canarias Incoming. При не заезде в отель, «no show», выезде до указанного в бронировании срока какие-либо денежные средства могут быть возвращены только в случае возврата их непосредственно отелем в Canarias Incoming.
Выдаваемые документы
6.1. Точный адрес гостиницы указан на странице гостиницы и в электронном подтверждении бронирования. После оплаты услуг туристу выдается ваучер на фирменном бланке Canarias Incoming, который является основанием для заезда туристов в отель или апартаменты.
6.2. Возможность трансфера до гостиницы бронируется отдельно по запросу в Canarias Incoming.
Отмена или изменение бронирования
7.1. Отмена или изменение бронирования производится только в письменном виде посредством e-mail с обязательным обратным уведомлением об отмене менеджером Canarias Incoming. Все изменения или аннуляции любого бронирования услуг предоставляется в письме на электронную почту, указанную вами при бронировании. Без подобного уведомления все подтвержденные письменно от Canarias Incoming бронирования считаются действительными.
Не забудьте ознакомиться с правилами отмены перед тем, как вы внесете изменение. Для номеров с невозвращаемой оплатой и других специальных бронирований могут применяться отличные от обычных правила отмены или изменения бронирования.
7.2. Вы можете отменить и изменить свою бронь до момента заезда согласно условиям аннуляции контракта или подтверждения Canarias Incoming.
При отмене или изменении брони действуют «Условия отмены и изменения бронирования», и в случае их нарушения отель может выставить штрафной счет.
Подробная информация об этом содержится в вашем подтверждении бронирования. Имейте в виду, что при указании крайнего срока отмены/изменения бронирования имеется в виду местное время отеля.
Например, условие отмены брони за 1 день до даты предполагаемого заезда означает, что вы должны аннулировать свою бронь как минимум за 24 часа до наступления даты заезда, чтобы избежать штрафа.
Бронирование гостиницы при поездке с детьми или большой группой
8.1 Информация о проживании детей в отеле и предоставлении дополнительных спальных мест/детских кроваток является офертой непосредственно выбранного вами отеля. Canarias incoming не может подтвердить то, что не прописано в контракте Canarias с каждым конкретным отелем или апартаментами.

Proceso de reserva de hotel
