We would like to inform you that at our hotel Allegro Isora, we are going to carry out a refurbishment in our common areas, with this renovation, we will finish this important phase of implementation of the Allegro brand.

The jobs will star on the 3rd of September and are expected to be finished at the end of October (31st of October). The works will be developed in a phased manner.

These are the following renovation that we are going to take place:

    Reception: Works would take 4 weeks and, in the meantime, we will offer the same service in our actual Tamara bar (located in the main entrance), so it would be easily accessible for all customers. At the same time, some painting works in the main frontage of the hotel will take place. Furthermore, it will not affect the customer because they can access to the hotel thought Tamara Bar (with direct access from the street)

    Reception Bar (now Bar Tamara): Since the front office is finished we will start with the lobby bar and works will take 3 weeks. During that time we will offer the drink services and the night entertainment in our new exterior stage, located behind the reception.

    Snack Bar: This service will be available in our main buffet with two additional drink points - in the new food truck located in our new stage and also in the zone of our barcy club.

The hotel has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the well-being and comfort of our guests is not going to be interrupted and to guarantee the same level of service. Moreover, the adjoining rooms to the work zone will not be assigned. The programmed schedules for the noisy works are from 10am to 5pm. The demolition works (the highest level of noise) will be executed in the first week of each phase.

We are sorry for any inconveniences we may cause to our mutual clients; we have an internal protocol to achieve the maximum satisfaction during their stays, so it is very important that any comments made by our mutual guests be transmitted directly to us or through the hotel REPs to be able to solve the problems while in house and ensure that their stays are as satisfactory as possible.

Dear partners,

Through this email we would like to inform that Allegro Isora hotel is going to open a new buffet in July 2018.
Taking advantage of the low occupation in the month of June, a renovation will be carried out in our buffet restaurant that includes a new interior, cooking and furniture. Works will start on Monday 4th of June 2018 and will end on July 08th 2018. We will be updating information by the end of June on the finalization date.
During this period, we have everything ready to offer uninterrupted service in our Palmeras Buffet (located in the central pool) for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and the usual snack service. We are arranging all the necessary resources to provide a good service in this temporary location and for customers to enjoy their stay.
The renovations in the buffet will not cause disturbance in the holidays of our clients since work renovations will start from 10am up to 18pm and the rooms near the buffet area will not be occupied.
We are sure that the image change to Allegro will be gratifying for all, as well as a very surprising design that will not leave anyone indifferent.

We want to inform you about the refurbishment works that we are still doing in our hotel and which for technical reasons they could not be finished last 30th of November as expected.
Unfortunately we have suffered a small delay and the new finish date of our refurbishment will be next 19th
of December 2017.
However, this delay will not significantly affect our guests as these works to finish are mainly technical and decoration details in some rooms, common areas and restaurants (these won’t be noisy works).
